About the event
In the US alone, Black spending power reached $1.6 trillion dollars in 2021, but Black communities’ median net worth continues to decline. Black families must be addressed directly in order to identify systematic injustices, inform on best practices to improve overall well-being and to course-correct cultural norms regarding finances, mental health and legacy building.
Recognizing the enormous impact that Black families have on economies around the world, the Farr’s Best “Family Vacation” includes the Black Family Conference, a forum to share information and have conversations about Black buying power as well as how to further the health, wealth and overall success of Black families everywhere. Our conference will help provie tools for "Building Legacy", "Eradicating Family Disfunction", and the key to"Dealing with Difficult People". We are focused on financial literacy, physical and mental well-being, leadership, entrepreneurship, conflict management and overall indiviual growth.
In addition our Conference workshops the vacation includes our first class Awards Gala, Father's Day Brunch and Beach Day.
